Fast Development in both the Product and IT Fields

We challenge existing design methods, for example, preferring to get concepts into physical prototypes as early as possible. The first phase of these will be rough -- made of 'cellophane and tinfoil' (quick, cheap and fruitful).
The next phase involves more functionality, more accurate form and more insight into the issues still to be overcome. It is this process of bringing out problems early and employing strong evidence based problem solving to overcome them, that removes much of the time and cost from product development before expensive (in time and $) detailed design and tooling have been initiated.
Completing this discovery process with your input also ensures that we fully understand the problem space and the boundaries surrounding it as well as providing a great opportunity to open honest and frank communication lines with you the client.

Once this process has been completed and a design direction decided we can confidently enter a phase of detailed design and engineering involving; CAD modeling, virtual analysis, performance testing, tooling design, through to tool production and release.
Our broad skill base allows us to provide not only great product designs, but tooling and assembly hardware to support these products into production. We can even deliver fully commissioned production tooling with resources and facilities sourced from close strategic partners. We confidently believe that through these processes we can bring great products to market, faster.
